SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition for rule making
filed on behalf of Phil Squyres, seeking the allotment of Channel 244A
to Healdsburg, California, as that community's third local FM service.
Coordinates used for this proposal are 38-43-53 and 122-49-07.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or before August 10, 1995, and reply
comments on or before August 25, 1995.

Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of l980 do not apply
