Primary Counties (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): Cherokee, Le Flore, Noble, Nowata

Contiguous Counties (Economic Injury Loans Only):

OKLAHOMA: Latimer, McCurtain, Pushmataha

ARKANSAS: Polk, Scott

KANSAS: Labette

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
