Foreign-Trade Zone 72--Indianapolis, Indiana Withdrawal of 
Application for Subzone Status for Toyota Forklift Truck Plant

    Notice is hereby given of the withdrawal of the application 
submitted by the Indianapolis Airport Authority, grantee of FTZ 72, 
requesting special-purpose subzone status for the forklift truck 
manufacturing plant of Toyota Industrial Equipment Manufacturing, Inc., 
located in Columbus, Indiana. The application was filed on November 20, 
1990 (55 FR 49662, 11/30/90).
    The withdrawal was requested by the applicant because of changed 
circumstances, and the case has been closed without prejudice.
