RTCA, Inc.; Special Committee 183; Standards for Airport Security 
Access Control Systems

    Pursuant to section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act 
(Pub. L. 92-463, 5 U.S.C., Appendix 2), notice is hereby given for 
Special Committee 183 meeting to be held July 25-26, 1995. The first 
day Plenary session will begin at 9:30 a.m.; the second day Editorial 
Working Group session will be from 9:30-11:30 a.m. The meeting will be 
held at RTCA, Inc., 1140 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., Suite 1020, 
Washington, DC, 20036.
    The agenda will include:

(1) Administrative Announcements;
(2) General Introductions;
(3) Review and Approval of Agenda;
(4) Review and Approval of Minutes of the Meeting held June 12;
(5) Review of SC-183 Meeting Schedule August-September 1995;
(6) Review of Draft Material;
(7) Working Group Issues;
(8) Other Business;
(9) Date and Place of Next Meeting.

    Attendance is open to the interested public but limited to space 
availability. With the approval of the chairman, members of the public 
may present oral statements at the meeting. Persons wishing to present 
statements or obtain information should contact the RTCA Secretariat,
