Title: Customer Service Survey--Regulatory Program U.S. Army Corps
of Engineers.
Needs and Uses: The survey form will be provided to the public when
they receive a regulatory product, primarily a permit decision or
wetland determination. The information collected will be used to
determine what areas of the program can be improved and to consider
policy areas which may need revision to improve customer satisfaction.
Without this customer survey we could not comply with the Executive
Order and would have to rely on more informal and less structured, and
therefore less effective, methods of obtaining public input.
Affected Public: Individuals or Households; Business or other for-
profit; Not for profit institutions; Farms; Federal Government; State,
Local or Tribal Government.
Annual Burden Hours: 15,000.
Number of Respondents: 60,000.
Responses Per Respondent: 1.
Average Burden Per Response: 15 minutes.
Frequency: On occasion.
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Without conducting this survey, the Corps
cannot comply with the executive order or learn of all areas of
customer dissatisfaction that warrant program change.

Army Federal Register Liaison Officer.
