Friday, June 20, 2003, make the following correction:


Sec. 71.1  [Corrected]

    On page 36910, in the second column, in Sec.  71.1, under ACE NE E5 
Cambridge, NE, in the fourth line, ``Lat. 40[deg]18[min]25[sec] N.,'' 
should read, ``Lat. 40[deg]18[min]15[sec] N.,''
