FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION
47 CFR Part 73
[MM Docket No. 94-137; RM-8532]
Radio Broadcasting Services; Romney, WV
AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Proposed rule; denial of.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
SUMMARY: The Commission denies the petition of The West Virginia
Schools for the Deaf and the Blind, proposing the substitution if
Channel *281A for Channel 201A at Romney, West Virginia, its
reservation for noncommercial educational use, and the modification of
Station WJGF(FM)'s license accordingly. See 59 FR 62390, December 5,
1994. We find that the proposed substitution does not meet the
Commission's criteria for the reservation of a commercial channel for
noncommercial educational use. With this action, this proceeding is
terminated.
