    ACTION: Notice of meeting.

    SUMMARY: This notice announces the date and time for the next meeting 
    and the provisional agenda for consideration by the Committee.
    
    DATES: The next meeting of the Treasury Advisory Committee on 
    International Child Labor Enforcement will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 
    1999 at approximately 9:30 a.m. in the Secretary's large conference 
    room, Room 3327, U.S. Treasury Department, 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue, 
    NW., Washington, DC. The duration of the meeting will be approximately 
    three hours.

    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
    
    Agenda
    
        At the July 13, 1999 session, the Committee is expected to pursue 
    the following agenda. The agenda may be modified prior to the meeting.
    
    1. The President's June 12, 1999 Executive Order prohibiting 
    procurement by the U.S. Government of products made with child labor
    2. Legislative proposals to address such issues as the definition of 
    prohibited child labor
    3. The new ILO Convention on Child Labor
    4. Other Business
    
        The meeting is open to the public; however, participation in the 
    Committee's deliberations is limited to private sector and ex officio 
    Committee members and Customs and Treasury Department staff. A person 
    other than an Advisory Committee member who wishes to attend the 
    meeting should give advance notice by contacting Theresa Manning at 
    (202) 622-0220, no later than July 6, 1999.
