SUMMARY:

EPA is announcing that the comment period on the proposed rule amendments for the Standards of Performance for Petroleum Refineries, published on May 14, 2007, is being extended until August 27, 2007.

We received several requests to extend the public comment period to August 27, 2007. We agreed to this request, therefore, the public comment period will now end on August 27, 2007, rather than July 13, 2007.
