Notice of Change of Commission Investigative Attorney

    In the matter of certain microsphere adhesives, process for 
making same, and products containing same, including self-stick 
repositionable notes

    Notice is hereby given that, as of this date, James B. Coughlan, 
Esq. of the Office of Unfair Import Investigations is designated as the 
Commission investigative attorney in the above-captioned investigation 
instead of John M. Whealan, Esq.
    The Secretary is requested to publish this Notice in the Federal 
Register.
