Williams Natural Gas Company; Notice of Filing of Status Report

June 23, 1995.
    Take notice that on June 19, 1995, Williams Natural Gas Company 
(WNG) tendered for filing its report on the status of its cases in 
litigation.
    WNG states that the purpose for the instant filing is to comply 
with the Commission's order in Docket No. RP94-296-000 issued June 20, 
1994. The order directed WNG to file a report on the status of its 
cases in litigation every 12 months, beginning July 1, 1995, until the 
cases are resolved. WNG states that this report is provided as 
Attachment 1 to the filing.
    WNG states that a copy of its filing was served on all participants 
listed on the service lists maintained by the Commission in the dockets 
referenced above.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 925 North Capital 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 
of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be 
filed on or before June 30, 1995. Protests will be considered by the 
Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will 
not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings. Copies of 
this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for 
public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
