Realty Action; Proposed Modified Competitive Sale

June 22, 1995.
    The Notice of Realty Action published in the May 12, 1995, edition 
of the Federal Register (60 FR 25730) is hereby amended as follows:
    The appraised fair market value has been determined to be 
$72,000.00.
    Sealed written bids, delivered or mailed, must be received by the 
Bureau of Land Management, Salem District Office, 1717 Fabry Road SE, 
Salem, Oregon 97306, prior to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 11, 1995.
    All other conditions of the notice remain in effect.
