Correction to Notice of Lodging of Consent Decree Pursuant to the 
Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act 
of 1980, as Amended

    In the notice of a proposed Amendment to the Consent Decree in 
United States v. Agrico Chemical Company, et al., (N.D. FL.) published 
in 60 FR 32167, dated June 20, 1995, the civil action number should 
read Civil Action No. 94-30057, instead of Civil Action No. 93-23-C.
