In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-
463, as amended), the National Science Foundation reannounces an
advisory committee meeting. This meeting was originally scheduled for
January 4 and was published in the Federal Register on December 15,
1995. Because of the shutdown, however, it was rescheduled as follows:
