    [Declaration of Disaster #3183]
    
    
    State of Tennessee (Amendment #1)
    
        In accordance with information received from the Federal Emergency 
    Management Agency dated May 19 and 20, 1999, the above-numbered 
    Declaration is hereby amended to include Sumner County, Tennessee as a 
    disaster area as a result of damages caused by severe storms, 
    tornadoes, and flooding. This Declaration is further amended to 
    establish the incident period for this disaster as beginning on May 5 
    and continuing through May 19, 1999.
        In addition, applications for economic injury loans from small 
    businesses located in the following contiguous counties may be filed 
    until the specified date at the previously designated location: Macon 
    and Trousdale Counties in Tennessee, and Allen and Simpson Counties in 
    Kentucky.
        All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for 
    filing applications for physical damage is July 10, 1999, and for 
    economic injury the deadline is February 14, 2000.
