    Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation; Proposed Changes in FERC 
    Gas Tariff
    
    June 24, 1994.
        Take notice that Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation (Columbia) 
    on June 21, 1994, tendered for filing the following tariff sheets to 
    its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, to be effective April 
    18, 1994:
    
    Second Revised Sheet No. 60
    Original Sheet No. 60A
    First Revised Sheet No. 61
    Original Sheet No. 61A
    
        Columbia states that it tendered this filing in compliance with the 
    Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) other issued June 
    6, 1994 (Order) in Docket No. RP91-41, et al., which required Columbia 
    to file within 15 days additional documentation or tariff sheets 
    addressing certain issues raised by certain intervenors. In particular, 
    Columbia states that this filing reallocates among its customers 
    certain costs originally flowed through pursuant to Order 500 et seq., 
    attributable to Trunkline Gas Company.
        Copies of the filing were served upon Columbia's firm customers, 
    interested state commissions, and to each of the parties set forth on 
    the Official Service List in these proceedings.
        Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
    file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
    Regulatory Commission, Union Center Plaza Building, 825 North Capitol 
    Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 
    of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. All such motions 
    or protests should be filed on or before July 1, 1994. Protests will be 
    considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
    be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
    proceedings. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to 
    intervene. Copies of Columbia's filing are on file with the Commission 
    and are available for public inspection.
