Federal Perkins Loan Program

AGENCY: Department of Education.

ACTION: Final regulations--Correction.

    On November 30, 1994 the Secretary published in the Federal 
Register final regulations for the Federal Perkins Loan Program (59 FR 
61392). These regulations correct the November 30 regulations to read 
as follows--
    1. On page 61407, item 8, in the amendatory language after, ``and 
(i)'', add ``and revising the authority citation''.

EFFECTIVE DATE: July 1, 1995.
