The Department of Treasury has submitted the following public

Deposits (FTDs) Pilot Classes.
Description: The purpose of the survey is to obtain feedback from
the class attendees on the effectivness of the class. Any appropriate
feedback will be used to improve the class material, presentation,
instructors, and related customer service.
Respondents: Business or other for-profit.
Estimated Number of Respondents: 500.
Estimated Burden Hours Per Respondent: 2 minutes.
Frequency of Response: Other (one time only).
Estimated Total Reporting Burden: 17 hours.
