    The Department of Treasury has submitted the following public 
information collection requirement(s) to OMB for review and clearance 
under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13. Copies of

    Title: Internal Revenue Service's Fourth Annual Survey of 
Contractors.
    Description: The purpose of this survey is to attempt to obtain 
contractor information about the ways the Internal Revenue Service 
(IRS) can improve its contracting. An opinion survey is expected to 
provide the information needed.
    Respondents: Business or other for-profit.
    Estimated Number of Respondents: 250.
    Estimated Burden Hours Per Respondent: 7 minutes.
    Frequency of Response: Annually.
    Estimated Total Reporting Burden: 250 hours.
