Ochoco National Forest, Grant and Wheeler Counties, Oregon

AGENCY: Forest Service, USDA.

ACTION: Cancellation of an environmental impact statement.

SUMMARY: On November 6, 1990, a notice of intent to prepare an 
environmental impact statement (EIS) for the Ed, North Slope 
Helicopter, Saddle, and Spanish Timber Sales on the Paulina Ranger 
District of the Ochoco National Forest was published in the Federal 
Register (55 FR 46694). Forest Service has decided to cancel the 
preparation of an EIS for this proposed action. The Notice of Intent is 
hereby rescinded.
