Notice of Prospective Patent License

AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

ACTION: Notice of Prospective Patent License.

SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice that NextGen Systems, Incorporated, 
1006 W. Ninth Avenue, King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania 19406, has applied 
for an exclusive license to practice the invention disclosed in NASA 
Case No. LAR-15,367-1, entitled ``Method for Visually Integrating 
Multiple Data Acquisition Technologies for Real Time and Retrospective 
Analysis'' (also known as ``Crew Response Evaluation Window (CREW)''), 
for which a U.S. Patent Application was filed on April 3, 1996 by the 
United States of America as represented by the Administrator of the 
National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Written objections to 
the prospective grant of a license should be sent to Ms. Robin W. 
Edwards, Patent Attorney, Langley Research Center.
