AGENCY: Natural Resources Conservation Service.

ACTION: Notice of reauthorization of federal funding.

SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act, 
Pub. L. 83-566, and the Soil Conservation Guidelines (7 CFR Part 622); 
U.S. Department of Agriculture gives notice of reauthorization of 
Federal funding for the Dunloup Creek Watershed Project, Fayette and 
Raleigh Counties, West Virginia. NRCS initiates planning assistance 
under the small watershed program. No comments were received during the 
60 day comment period as noted in the Federal Register.
