SUMMARY:

The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by Estes Broadcasting, Inc., permittee of channel 54+, proposing the substitution of channel 38− for channel 54+ at Longview, Texas. TV Channel 38− can be allotted to Longview, Texas, with a minus offset at reference coordinates 32-35-23 N. and 95-23-27 W.
