Title: Hapag-Lloyd/Lykes Space Charter Agreement.

Parties: Lykes Lines Ltd., LLC, Hapag-Lloyd Container Linie GmbH.

Synopsis: The proposed agreement modification adds Puerto Rico to the geographic scope and revises the port rotation reflected in the Appendix of the agreement.
