Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation; Notice of Compliance 
Filing

May 30, 1995.
    Take notice that on May 24, 1995, Columbia Gas Transmission 
Corporation (Columbia) tendered for filing the following information.
    In compliance with the Commission's letter order of May 19, 1995 in 
Docket No. RP95-91-000, Columbia states that it has recalculated 
Appendix B of the Excess Revenue Credit Report to correct an error in 
its allocation of excess revenue credits.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. All protests should be 
filed on or before June 6, 1995. Protests will be considered by the 
Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will 
not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings. Copies of 
Columbia's filings are on file with the Commission and are available 
for public inspection.
