Acreage Limitation and Water Conservation Rules and Regulations
AGENCY: Bureau of Reclamation, Interior.
ACTION: Notice to extend comment period.

SUMMARY: The Bureau of Reclamation is extending the comment period
published in 60 FR 16922, Apr. 3, 1995, in response to a number of
requests from the public for an extension of the comment period. The
extension will allow the public more time to prepare comments
concerning the proposed rulemaking, Acreage Limitation and Water
Conservation Rules and Regulations.
[[Page 29533]] DATES: Written comments for inclusion in the official
record must be postmarked no later than June 26, 1995.

has been extended through June 26, 1995, for those wishing to make oral
comments on the rules. Comments will be recorded on tape and
transcribed by a court reporter, and will be part of the official
record. Statements are limited to 10 minutes and must include the
commentor's name in order to be included in the official record.
