AGENCY: Securities and Exchange Commission.

ACTION: Change in meeting time.

SUMMARY: This is to give notice that the time for the meeting of the 
Securities and Exchange Commission Advisory Committee on the Capital 
Formation and Regulatory Processes scheduled for June 10, 1996 in room 
1C30 at the Commission's main offices, 450 Fifth Street, N.W., 
Washington, D.C., previously scheduled for 1:30 p.m. (61 FR 26940 (5/
29/96)), has been changed to 12:30 p.m. The meeting will be open to the 
public, and the public is invited to submit written comments to the 
Committee.
