Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation; Notice of Refund 
Report

May 30, 1996.
    Take notice that on May 17, 1996, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line 
Corporation (Transco) tendered for filing with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission (Commission) a refund report in accordance with 
Section 4 of Transco's Rate Schedule

LSS and Section 3 of Transco's Rate Schedule GSS.
    Transco states that on May 13, 1996, it refunded $290,545.53 to its 
LSS and GSS customers. The refund was due Transco's customers from a 
CNG Transmission Corporation refund in Docket Nos. RP94-96 and RP94-213 
(consolidated) for the period July 1, 1994 through December 31, 1995.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in 
accordance with Rules 214 and 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice 
and Procedure (18 CFR 385.214 and 385.211). All such motions or 
protests should be filed on or before June 6, 1996. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to 
intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
