[Declaration of Disaster Loan Area #2855]
Ohio (And Contiguous Counties in Indiana, Kentucky, and
Michigan); Declaration of Disaster Loan Area
Hamilton, Paulding, Scioto, and Williams Counties and the
contiguous counties of Adams, Butler, Clermont, Defiance, Fulton,
Henry, Jackson, Lawrence, Pike, Putnam, Van Wert, and Warren in the
State of Ohio; the contiguous counties of Allen, De Kalb, Dearborn,
Franklin, and Steuben in the State of Indiana; Boone, Campbell,
Greenup, Kenton, and Lewis in the State of Kentucky; and Hillsdale
County in the State of Michigan constitute a disaster area as a result
of damages caused by severe thunderstorms and flash flooding on May 15-
17, 1996. Applications for loans for physical damage may be filed until
the close of business on July 29, 1996 and for economic injury until
the close of business on February 28, 1997 at the address listed below:
U.S. Small Business Administration, Disaster Area 2 Office, One
Baltimore Place, Suite 300, Atlanta, GA 30308 or other locally
announced locations.
