AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency.

ACTION: Final rule; removal.

SUMMARY: On April 1, 1997 (62 FR 15404), the Environmental Protection 
Agency (EPA) approved a delegation of the Federal air toxics program 
contained within title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations parts 61 
and 63 to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) 
through a direct final rule procedure. The USEPA is removing this final 
rule due to the adverse comment received on this action. In a 
subsequent final rule EPA will summarize and respond to the comments 
received and announce final rulemaking action on this requested program 
delegation.

DATES: The direct final rule published at 62 FR 15404 is removed 
effective June 6, 1997.
