to U.S. Companies

AGENCY: Office of the Secretary of Defense, DoD.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Department of Defense hereby removes 32 CFR part 251 
concerning the sale of Government-furnished equipment. This part has 
served the purpose for which it was intended and is no longer valid.

EFFECTIVE DATE: June 7, 1994.
