BOARD FOR INTERNATIONAL BROADCASTING

TIME AND PLACE: 9:30 a.m., June 10, 1994.

PLACE: RFE/RL, Inc., C.D. Jackson Room, 67 Oettingenstrasse am 
Englischen Garten, Munich, Germany.

OPEN MEETING: The members of the Board for International Broadcasting 
(BIB) will meet in open session at 9:30 a.m. to discuss the following 
matters: (1) approval of the minutes of the most recent BIB meeting; 
(2) the Chairman's report; (3) RFE/RL Interim President's report; (4) 
new business; and (5) the date and place of the next meeting. The open 
session of the BIB meeting will be followed by a closed meeting of the 
Board of Directors of RFE/RL, Inc., a nonprofit private corporation.
