Action: Withdrawal of proposed agenda item.

Summary: On May 8, 1995, on page 23922, item 3542, the CCR proposed to 
issue regulations for the officers and employees of the Commission that 
supplement the Standards of Ethical Conduct for Employees of the 
Executive Branch. Pending further review, the CCR is now withdrawing 
the proposal.
