    diameter flowline, two surge tanks, two 90-inch-diameter steel 
    penstocks, and a powerhouse with a total installed capacity of 33,000 
    kW.
        The Cove Development consists of a concrete dam which impounds 65 
    acre-feet of water, a 5,700-foot-long wooden flume, a 550-foot-long 
    diameter steel penstock and a powerhouse with an installed capacity of 
    7,500 kW.
