    [Declaration of Disaster #3185]
    
    
    State of Colorado; (Amendment #1)
    
        In accordance with information received from the Federal Emergency 
    Management Agency dated May 19 and 26, 1999, the above-numbered 
    Declaration is hereby amended to include Pueblo County, Colorado as a 
    disaster area as a result of damages caused by severe storms and 
    flooding. This Declaration is further amended to establish the incident 
    period for this disaster as beginning on April 29 and continuing 
    through May 19, 1999.
        In addition, applications for economic injury loans from small 
    businesses located in the contiguous counties of Custer and Huerfano in 
    the State of Colorado may be filed until the specified date at the 
    previously designated location.
        Any counties contiguous to the above-named primary county and not 
    listed herein have been previously declared.
        All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for 
    filing applications for physical damage is July 15, 1999, and for 
    economic injury the deadline is February 17, 2000.
