Potassium Chloride (Potash) From Canada

AGENCY: United States International Trade Commission.

ACTION: Termination of five-year review.

SUMMARY: The subject five-year review was initiated in April 1999 to 
determine whether termination of the existing suspension agreement on 
potassium chloride from Canada would be likely to lead to continuation 
or recurrence of dumping and of material injury to a domestic industry. 
On May 28, 1999, the Department of Commerce published notice that it 
was terminating the suspended investigation and revoking the order 
because no domestic interested party responded to its notice of 
initiation by the applicable deadline (64 FR 28974, May 28, 1999). 
Accordingly, pursuant to section 207.69 of the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure (19 CFR 207.69), the subject review is 
terminated.
