(Southern) set forth its revised demand surcharges and revised
interruptible rates that will be charged in connection with this

costs under realigned gas supply contracts or contract buyout costs
associated with continuing realignment efforts during the period
February 1, 1995 through April 30, 1995. These GSR costs have arisen as

Tariff, Seventh Revised Volume No. 1, with the proposed effective date
    of July 1, 1995.
