ANR Pipeline Co.; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC Gas Tariff

June 2, 1995.
    Take notice that on May 31, 1995, ANR Pipeline Company (ANR) 
tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised 
Volume No. 1, the [[Page 30293]] following revised tariff sheet, 
proposed to be effective July 1, 1995:

Second Revised Sheet No. 179

    ANR states that the above-referenced tariff sheet is being filed to 
extend by two years ANR's pricing differential mechanism.
    ANR states that all of its Volume No. 1 customers and interested 
State Commissions have been mailed a copy of this filing.
    Any person desiring to be heard or protest said filing should file 
a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory 
Commission, 825 North Capitol Street NE., Washington, DC 20426, in 
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice 
and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). All such motions or 
protests should be filed on or before June 9, 1995. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Anyone wishing to become a party to the proceeding must 
file a motion to intervene. Copies of this application are on file with 
the Commission and are available for public inspection.
