    Station.
        Form No.: FCC 301.
        Action: Revision to a currently approved collection.
        Respondents: Businesses or other for-profit.
        Frequency of Response: On occasion.
        Estimated Annual Burden: 1,924 responses; 73.6 hour burden per 
    response; 141,611 hours total annual burden.
        Needs and Uses: FCC 301 is used to apply for authority to construct 
    a new commercial AM, FM or TV broadcast station, or to make changes to 
    existing facilities. The data is used by FCC staff to determine if the 
    applicant meets basic statutory requirements to become a Commission 
    licensee.
