Patent Licenses; Non-Exclusive, or Partially Exclusive: Fiber
Optic Detectors, Inc.
AGENCY: Department of the Navy, DOD.
ACTION: Intent to grant partially exclusive patent license; Fiber Optic
Detectors, Inc.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent
to grant to Fiber Optic Detectors, Inc. a revocable, nonassignable,
partially exclusive license in the United States to practice the
Government-owned inventions described in U.S. Patents No. 4,981,338
entitled ``Optical Fiber Refractometer'' issued January 1, 1991 and
4,988,863 entitled ``Optical Fiber Refractometer Launching Light At A
Non-Zero Launch Angle'' issued January 29, 1991.
Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license has 60 days
from the date of this notice to file written objections along with
supporting evidence, if any. Written objections are to be filed with
the Office of Naval Research (ONR 00CC3), Ballston Tower One,
Arlington, Virginia 22217-5660.
