NorAm Gas Transmission Company; Filing

June 3, 1994.
    Take notice that on June 1, 1994, NorAm Gas Transmission Company 
(NGT) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised 
Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheets, with a proposed 
effective date of July 1, 1994:

Second Revised Sheet No. 4.3
Alternate Second Revised Sheet No. 4.3

    NGT states that these revised tariff sheets are filed in compliance 
with Sec. 5.7(c)(ii)(2)(B), First Revised Sheet Nos. 107 and 108 of 
NGT's tariff.
    NGT states that pursuant to said tariff provision, the proposed 
tariff sheets adjust NGT's cashout balancing revenue credit for the 
period January through March 1994.
    Any person desiring to be heard or protest the proposed tariff 
sheets should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal 
Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., 
Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rules 214 and 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.214, 385.211). 
All such motions or protests should be filed on or before June 10, 
1994. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants 
parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must 
file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
Commission and are available for public inspection.
