    Reference is made to the Federal Register Notice of May 31, 1995 
(FR (28410, 28411) Vol. 60, No. 104).
    The Synopsis of the subject Agreement Notice should have stated 
that the proposed modifications amend the Agreements to permit a party 
to withdraw after giving 24 months' notice instead of 24 hours' notice.
