    Pursuant to the provisions of the Government in the Sunshine Act (5 
U.S.C. Sec. 552(b)), notice is hereby given of the following meeting of 
the Board of Directors of the Corporation for National and Community 
Service:

``FEDERAL REGISTER'' CITATION OF PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT: Previously 
announced in the May 30, 1995 Federal Register.

PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED TIME AND DATE OF THE MEETING: 10:00 a.m.--3:00 
p.m., June 16, 1995.

CHANGES IN THE MEETING: The status of the meeting has been changed from 
``open'' to ``open and closed''. The meeting will be open, except that 
Board deliberations on grant applications will be closed, pursuant to 
exemptions 4 and 9(B) of the Government in the Sunshine Act. This 
partial closing has been certified by the Corporation's General 
Counsel. A copy of the certification will be posted for public 
inspection at the Corporation's headquarters, located at 1201 New York 
Avenue NW, Office of General Counsel, 8th Floor, Washington, D.C. 
20525, and will otherwise be available upon request.
