Correction

    In rule document 99-13781, beginning on page 29229, in the issue of 
Tuesday, June 1, 1999, make the following corrections:
    1. On page 29230, in the first column, in the first line, ``July 1, 
1999'' should read ``August 2, 1999''.
    2. On the same page, in the same column, in the fifth line ``July 
1, 1999'' should read ``August 2, 1999''.
