Koch Gateway Pipeline Company; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC 
Gas Tariff

June 25, 1997.
    Take notice that on June 19, 1997, Koch Gateway Pipeline Company 
(Koch) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth 
Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheet in to be 
effective June 19, 1997:

Tenth Revised Sheet No. 29

    Koch states that the proposed changes to this tariff sheet reflects 
a recently negotiated rate transaction between Koch and Texaco 
Exploration and Production, Inc.
    Koch also states that this filing has been served upon all parties 
on the official service list compiled by the Secretary in this 
proceeding.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E. 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Sec. 385.211 of the 
Commission's regulations. All such protest must be filed in accordance 
with Sec. 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining appropriate action to be 
taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceedings. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
