Notice of New Docket Prefix ``OA''

July 3, 1996.
    Take notice that a new docket prefix has been established for 
filings made pursuant to Order Nos. 888 \1\ and 889.\2\ In its Order 
Clarifying Order Nos. 888 and 889, issued July 2, 1996, the Commission 
directed the use of the docket prefix ``OA'' on filings by all entities 
submitting:

(1) compliance filings required by Order No. 888 due on or before July 
9, 1996 and on or before December 31, 1996;
(2) compliance filings required by Order No. 889 due on or before

Nos. 888 and 889.
