Tuscarora Gas Transmission Company; Notice of Filing
July 6, 1998.
Take notice that on June 26, 1998, Tuscarora Gas Transmission
Company (Tuscarora) filed standards of conduct under Order Nos. 497 et
seq.\1\ and Order Nos. 566, et seq.\2\ Tuscarora states that several of
its affiliates are engaged in marketing activities and that it
``currently does not provide transportation service to any of these
affiliated entities'' but that its proposed standards of conduct would
govern any future transactions between Tuscarora and its affiliates
``that trigger the marketing affiliate rules.''

Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in
accordance with Rules 211 or 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice
and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 or 385.214). All such motions to
intervene or protest should be filed on or before July 21, 1998.
Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants
parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must
file a motion to
