The proposed non-project use would be located in the upper end of Drowning Creek on Grand Lake O' The Cherokees in Section 7, Township 23 North, Range 22 East, in Delaware County.

k. Description of the Application: GRDA requests Commission approval to permit Charles F. King d/b/a Belle View Resort to add of 1 dock with 10 slips to an existing commercial facility approved for 3 docks with 13 slips. The docks are for the patrons of Belle View Resort.
