PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED TIME AND DATE: A meeting of the Legal Services
Corporation Board of Directors Audit and Appropriations Committee will
be held on July 14-15, 1994. The meeting will commence at 6:00 p.m., on
July 14, 1994, and at 9:00 a.m., on July 15, 1994.
PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED LOCATION OF MEETING: Legal Service Corporation,
750 First Street, N.E., 10th Floor, Office of Program Services
Conference Room, Washington, DC 20002, (202) 336-8800.
CHANGES IN THE MEETING: __________.
STATUS OF MEETING: The correct exemptions for closure of that portion
of the meeting noticed previously are the Government in the Sunshine
Act, 5 U.S.C. Sections 552(b)(4), (6), and (9)(B); and the
corresponding regulation of the Legal Services Corporation, 45 C.F.R.
Sections 1622.5(c), (e), and (g).
