Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company; Notice of Filing

July 5, 1995.
    Take notice that on June 30, 1995, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company 
(Tennessee) tendered for filing revised Schedules 1, 4, and 4.1 of its 
Annual Interruptible Revenue Reconciliation Report filed in Docket No. 
RP95-90. Tennessee states that the purpose of this filing is to comply 
with the Commission's June 16, 1995 Order in Docket No. RP95-90 
requiring Tennessee to refile Schedule 4.1 of its reconciliation report 
to identify and recalculate any revenue amounts that are the result of 
improper computer system programming.
    Tennessee states that copies of the filing have been mailed to all 
affected parties.
    Any persons desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR Section 385.211). 
All such protests should be filed before July 12, 1995. Protests will 
be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action 
to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are

on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection.
